Thats exactly what we got ours for, got a 4 month old son with more accessories than.. erm.. something with lots of accessories Manage to to get the wheels for his pram in and my daughters bike as well plus a couple of bags. |

Hi have been reading this thread with great interest...it has certainly opened my eyes to some potential pitfalls in my plan to buy a roof box, so glad I checked on here before rushing out and likely cocking it up! Like the look of the box you have , was concerned as to the security of this form of fitting (the feet in the door frame) have you encountered any issues in using the box in this configuration? also what is the height of the freelander with box fitted measured ground to highest point (I have an underground carpark looming mostly 2m15 although a small number of spaces on the entrance and exit floors have 2m60...gamble whetehr any are free or not when we turn up! |
