Offered to wash my son's FL2 (see picture on previous page) it's plastered in mud. He said no I am seeing a potential new farmer client tomorrow and if I turn up in a clean Freelander I won't have any credibility. I settled for hosing out the brakes and underneath. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

Was holding out for a freak March, after looking up at the skies with an outstretched palm I grudgingly took the Winter wheels off. Since I bought my FL2 we have had the 5th mildest winter on record, and the sunniest winter on record.

Bi-Annual wash and hand wax day! Usually just gets a run through puddles to clean it off.

Lunch in the Trough of Bowland, then off for a drive, stopped by the river and chilled for a while.

Removed the Skiguard roof box and Whispbars & gave it a good wash - 3000 miles through France to Spain and back had made it very grubby! Removed the 17" alloys & winter tyres, fitted the nicer looking 18's for the summer. 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

Today I decided I want a late low miles HSE Lux. Went to look at a car but, having been mortally offended by the trade in offer on my car, (purchased from and serviced by the same dealer, I came home empty handed.

Took the family for a day out to Cotswold Wildlife Park and afternoon tea in Burford. Amongst the beasts seen were three Discovery Sports and about ten Range Rover Sports! |
