TSR (Traffic Sign Recognition) and ASL (Adaptive Speed Limiter) have not been fitted to Freelander - they were introduced on 14MY Evoque. Well at least JLR have woken up and now fitting ASL if 5 years behind the competition. Suspect NCAP assessments have forced them into it.

My Ford Kuga had ASL and it was just the thing for roadworks on the M6! It was possible to override if you put your foot to the floor... Now:

9/10 review Car Advice Australia. The white car in the review is the one I saw in the shopping centre (page 64 post), so it's had a bit of a thrashing!

Do we know if FR2 wheels will fit? Some owners will want to hang on to their existing spare winter set if possible.

Sorry, just something I saw on NCIS New Or leans and thought it looked similar. Pages 56-60 don't mention the Explorer. I thought Ford were long gone by the time the DS was being finalised so didn't realise there would be any influence. |
