You quite clearly didn't get what you asked for. Get your money back. Pay by credit card? Take it up with them. |

Absolutely, you paid for something and they didn't give it to you. Nothing to lose. |

Get it changed, it is NOT what you asked for, as mentioned, if it was credit card tell them the issue and that you will withhold payment to them.

wurzel153: How dare they not inform you that they didnt have the tyre you wanted before installing an alternative. Its outrageous that they then attempted to con you by refusing to remove the tyre.

I'd say don't ever go there again. They must be mad holding out against your valid claim ...

They have conned you so even if it is a pain I would make every effort to get your money back, get the actual tyre you are looking for locally and tell this crew they can organise a courier to uplift they're part worn incorrect tyre if they want. |

I spoke with the head office. I am pretty sure they will resolve this. They said they will call me back after speaking to the branch in Tetbury.

I think even with a debit card you can get chargeback on the payment. There's quite a lot online about chargeback. I hope you get the tyre sorted. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.
