Sadly not. The green part highlighted mounts onto the engine itself and the engine cover bolt screws into that. The sleeve/collar as in my photo is not in your diagram unless it comes as part of the bolt itself (which it didn't when you sourced and sent me one) or is part of the engine cover (which would have a rubber grommet as well, also not shown).

Thanks Badger - a Google search on the part number comes up with a 'bolt plus washer' description but any images just give the bolt - not sure if they are counting the wider flat underside of the head as a 'washer'.
