Does anyone know of a supplier who can replace the std auto shifter with either a leather or Piano Black replacement knob?

There's a Rolls-Royce bespoke dealer who would probably commission it at a price but I was wanting to know if someone like Powerful Uk in the UK did something like this before I go down that route.
