unfortunately I had to have a tooth removed today as it was cracked below the gumline.

Had a bloke that squashed his little finger working on a car. That had to be removed. He wanted it back to dry it out and put on a necklace but he got the same answer as you.

There is a shortage of extracted teeth in the UK, many dentists and dental schools have to buy them in for use in training etc, I have seen many of these teeth, some still with bone attached where they have been hacked from cadavers. |

Neither is mine, charged me for an extraction, but left the root in, went back six months later, he then decided he could get the root out, then had the nerve to want to charge me for another extraction, a couple of days later the second part of the root came up above the gum level, six months later at check up time asked if it bothered me, No it's fine, so he's left it be, then sends me letters every couple of months saying I have forgotten to pay for the last visit, no I didn't, they didn't ask, I didn't offer. |
