Fire up 40D on the PC and run a screen capture app.... plenty out there for free.

No. My girl was on in the section after prof Green when he was talking to that bloke Jake from I'm a celebrity (she's right between the two of them in most shots). She's laughing and dancing right behind his left shoulder in a striped top as the programme comes back from a commercial break and can't stop looking at the monitor!
