Hello Lukeis, I have the same model si6 SE, also Santorini Black; the outline you see is normal, it's where the dash covering is deliberately weakened to allow the air bag to deploy properly. Some manufacturers actually mould the break away panel into the top of the panel and make a feature of it.I believe it is a deliberate decision to make it that way by Land Rover, not a cost cutting exercise.

Mines also noticeable depending on how the light hits the dash BETTER looking half of the famous Twinlanders

Yeah our 2010 Xs is the same. Since it came from the Scottish Highlands I can't see sun damage being the cause haha |
