I would colour code the pieces in Alaska White that you have mentioned and I would personally colour code the rear D pillar!

I like the idea of the matt black vents and grill to match the door handles. I also like your idea of colour coding the B and D pillars too, Im guessing yours are wrapped ?

I did not paint my B pilliars as I felt to much white would cheapen the car. Plus they are a satin finish which I actually liked

budget probably wont extend to removing and sanding/painting the D pillars so will no doubt leave them as is.

Thats a lot of business your giving to a body shop! No harm in asking them about the D pillars! You may be suprised as the dealers charged me a reasonable price for mine

enquired on email and he reckons about £250 but needs to see it to give a more accurate figure.
