Might be, dead easy to check and clean too. Just be careful if you need to clean inside the 'air hole', there is a membrane in there you can rupture.

Don't wipe it across the top so you force crap in the hole. If its blocked just pick it out carefully, just don't go shoving something in and waggling it around without any regard. A squirt of WD40 etc may help.

I removed and cleaned my map senser, it was quite clean but very wet

Get it plugged into a diagnostics. Modern engines * GONE. GS TD4 Manual MY2013. Orkney Grey with privacy, cold and clearview packs, armrests (a must!) and a spoiler.
