2007 LR2 TD4 HSE Auto Baltic Blue
Turbo Rebuild.

Buna sunt Alex am un Freelander 2 cu 180.000km la bord si am observat ca imi cam arunca ulei pe la turbo si ma gandeam la un rebuild de turbo .
Sunt curios daca vreun membru al acestui forum a facut asa ceva .Si daca da ce piese si ce model de turbo este .Multumesc

Cum ti-ai dat seama ca este vorba de turbo?
Precum spuneam si altui pasionat de pe forum, colierele de strangere de la conexiuni sunt un pic cam firave la FL2.
Si eu am scurgeri la imbinari. Si eu am prelingeri de ulei pe tubulaturi, in special cea de conexiune cu clapeta de pe admisie. Recent vad si pe scut ceva unsuros, dar tot scurgeri de pe la imbinari...
Dar nu cred ca e o problema cu turbina. Uleiul apare pe la circuitul de recirculare al gazelor din carter. Acel furtun care apare din spatele motorului si se imbina cu admisia intre debitmetru si acele tuburi de pe admisie.
Ca sa stai linistit, poti sa verifici turbina, dar nu cred ca e de acolo...

Buna , simptome nu am , doar din cauza uleiului im fac probleme , dar am sa fac o verificare calumea , si daca e de la imbinari sa schimb colierele . Merci

Romania 2011 Freelander 2 TD4 Dynamic Auto Rimini Red

Buna,acel "ulei"e de fapt mai mult din gazele de carter care sant recirculate. Singurul bai e ca e inestetic la inceput,nu stiu in timp daca necesita spale,curatare,a tubulaturi si intercoolerului.

United Kingdom 2010 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Auto Santorini Black

Whilst I don't have the slightest idea what detail wording is all about as I cant translate; for anybody wanting a UK turbo rebuild may I recommend trying the company Midland Turbo in Nottingham who are major turbo rebuilders and I think are Garret registered. I have used them for a Vauxhall turbo rebuild, super quick service.

Asa este in legatura cu furtunele (tubulatura de la intercooler) am facut o verificare si sunt scurgerile de vapori de ulei , cred ca furtunele sunt cam invechite,uzate la fel si colierele ,au fost stranse decent si tot curge ulei asa ca cred ca o inlocuire ar fi solutia ,dar nu e nimic grav ,m am linistit ,uleiul in motor e la nivel .

Google is not always good at translations, especially when one uses the quirks of his/her native language.

sandelgrasu is trying to say that he realized the (leaked) oil is not from the turbo but from the PCV system. He's now more relaxed knowing the situation.

Buna , un update la problema mea cu scurgerile de ulei de la turbo , am observat ca scurgerea provenea de la furtunele de la admisie , turbo , desi fusesera stanse colierele calumea dupa o saptamana le am gasit slabite din nou , asa ca trebuiesc schimabate furtunele si colierele parea mea .

Hi Fred , got the same problem as you seed , the hoses and the clips need replacing,even if tide them up after a week the got pretty loose, so for me no need to look further.

Buna ideea ,eram in cautarea celor originale dar cred ca cele recomandate de tine sunt mai solide. Multumesc de sfat.Am sa inlocuiesc si furtunele ca cred ca sunt cam invechite , mai bine asa decat sa mi se crape cand mi e lumea mai draga.

Bună.dupa achiziția mașini am făcut o mica revizie și am strāns acele coliere dar surpriza a fost mare cānd am schimbat uleiul din motor erau slăbite din nou,asta după trei săptămāni și nu prea mulți kilometri. Īn concluzie mai verific odată și voi schimba colierele. Dar am observat ca e destul de greu de schimbat filtrul de ulei,poate e nevoie de o scula mai speciala.

Mulțumesc,e de reținut. Eu nu eram īn atelierul meu (era ocupat)și am profitat de amabilitatea unui vecin deoarece a venit ploaia și nu am avut sculele mele. Dar am demontat tubulatura de aer și a mers mai bine (am desfăcut greu capacul filtrului,cred ca fost montat uscat), iar filtru l-am "amorsat " cu gura īn loc de pompa Rolling Eyes La următorul va fi mai ușor, sper.oricum Mulțumesc, util.
