Don't know about near York, or anywhere else in the UK, but I pay 330 euros per year for inside storage in Spain. The caravan is washed, is always immaculate every time it comes out of storage and is then towed to the site without any extra charge. The van itself is also covered under the storage company's insurance for full replacement market value. However the contents of the van are not.

No, chicken farming is going down the swanny, so my mysterious friend would be silly not to look at other uses for the sheds. perfect storage with frost heaters and humidity control if needed.

i pay about £3.50 per week to park my van in a field with a pad lock on the gate and a alarm system that trips when the theiving pikey get in the field

Maybe the chickens have caught a cold (or flu) and CG has to fine a new income but caravan careing - NOWAY 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.

My friend says he ticks all those boxes except CCTV,Automated access control and possibly friendly service! but he could buy a few cameras and get his wife to meet and greet .. Unless UKTVDave fancies a new career in vaner hospitality

"Your friend" may have hit upon a good idea here, but 'he' might want to do some market research and see what other facilites are already on offer in the area so he knows what he is up against.
