I don't believe they have towed with it, well not my caravan anyway

at this stage I think you only option is to tow again and log the results, especially if you can get some of the action on your camera again.

I have offered them camera footage, not interested, instead they ask loads of questions the video could have answered for them |

i think the extended acceptance period needs agreeing, on the grounds of retesting the car towing

Your running out of time, tell them your rejecting it now, before is hits your pocket anymore, it is not normal, just because they cannot find a problem, does not mean it's not there. |

Rejecting a car is a bit of a minefield and not as straightforward as other goods in many cases.

The finance company can help you also being a part owner. You could speak to them also, let them know what's going on. |

Strange one this, I have towed with mine on maybe 4 times this year, 3 of them being long journeys and not any issue.
