Freelander2 potential purchase

I am looking at picking up a 61 plate td4 150bhp xs, from a local 'car supermarket' it has 42k on the clock. They have offered me bottom book price on my 55plate freelander td4 freestyle Big Cry what do I need to keep an eye out for and are there common issues with the freelander2 I should be aware of?
