They used to do free lifetime subscription if you found a camera that was not on the Database, don't know if they still do. |

Although the install was successful the cameras didn't seem to appear. I went back to the hand book and read that the system can't cope with the following in the name ";-,:*#”<>\. It turns out most of these POIs included "-" which stops them form appearing.

I installed the gpx files and it kept saying the file was corrupted or the wrong type, however after 5 times displaying the message it came up POI loaded.

Thought I might reinvigorate the Metropolis thread. Much nicer than some of the other threads around here. Better carpets, mood lighting, nice leather seats and an overall feeling that a better sort of LandRover owner can be found here, although I may be proven wrong.

I'm 6'2" and I can't reach the middle of the roof, what I do is open the rear passenger door and stand on the sill , then I open the front passenger door and do the same . Washing the drivers side is easier as I don't need to open the doors to reach the roof. Do it now ! Your a long time dead !! |

What differences are there between a 14MY Lux and a 15MY Metropolis? Was it more of a badge change than any major add or mod? |

That is why I had side steps fitted & roof rails. I stand on the rear wheels & use the roof rails to grab onto, doing the same with the side steps means I can easily clean the roof area. (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red. (Past) RR Evoque Dynamic Lux Si4 In Firenze Red. (Past) RR Evouque Pure Tech in Barollo Black with bespoke Firenze Red colour coding. (Present) Freelander Metropolis 2015 MY In Santorini Black with Ivory Premium Leather. |
