If there is "no more trim" does that mean no spares available? OK you don't often need things like leather trim, but it might be required after an accident, or if there is some warranty-covered failure (as we have seen previously with seat covers). Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone

Things like Seats/Dashboards etc etc are not made by LR, they are shipped in from other company's in the supply chain. For example, Lear of Coventry make all the seats for Jaguar XJ and RR Evoque, this includes the leather trimming. Invariably, there will be a supply of "spares" covering just about every bit of trim for many years to come, it's just that JLR have probably told the supplier some months ago, only supply X amount of Almond trimmed seats based against a sales forecast. Nothing to get worried about, that's for sure. Foraging near Gaydon....

We make chasis parts for Freelander 2 and shipped some of the final run parts today, so unless they are going for spares it looks like they are still building new cars.

Production is due to end in early October.
