I Had an A4 Avant S-Line 2.0 TDi. Was a very nice car, well built as you say,but the drive could be a bit hard because of the sports suspension and the sports seats, whilst supportive, were uncomfortable on longer journeys. Road noise was much more intrusive in the Audi too. What impressed me with the FL2 was the level of comfort, the great driving position and the level of standard equipment. I was looking at the new A4, along side the FL2 and in my opinion the FL2 came top. Freelander 2 TD4 HST - With Santorini Black, Auto, Bi-Xenons, DAB Radio |

It seems any hacksaw marks on the grill are then covered by a 'facia' in the next instruction picture so It shouldn't be a worry. There is also a hacksaw symbol for cutting out a towbar slot in the rear 'skirt' So don't slip with the blade and accidentally cut your ball |
