Nice fact, it's good to know in case Mrs Tunaz ever runs out which is entirely feasible as every time I use her car it's in the red!! |

On another post someone mentioned in passing that there is a bleed screw on the fuel filter, which is located on the front RH side of the engine compartment.

I would have though if anyone knew how to bleed the fuel system it would be a Landrover Technician, they must to it frequently |

When the technician came out to my car he clipped and unclipped pipes all over the place. I remeber a Ford D series lorry that I owned had a hand pump and a bleed valve on the fuel filter to bleed the system but nothing on this. The technician did say that the reason the hand pump was so in effective is because of the number of valves between the tank and the engine bay.

Does anyone know where the fuel filter / seperater is hidden in the TD4, also the pollen filter. My X-TRAIL, gone thank goodness, needed its fuel filter changed every 15K or engine would revert to reduced power mode. |
