Lol, from my ineptitude with computers/phones
I sat on my phone and gobbledygook appeared. So deleted it... But the shocked face remains lol.

Npinks, am
V excited for you. It's a lovely thing to welcome a new pup into a family. Wish you lots of fun.
Make sure you remove and store all your precious things before arrival day! Had a client in the other day whose puppy has chewed the leg of a unique Jacobean chest... Her reply to me was- I didn't think she'd chew it cos it was so old!!!
Lol...

Our Trans-K9 B21 turned up this morning at 8am having been dispatched at 6pm Saturday! Not bad service, will get a pic or two in the morning when it's lighter.

Certainly a good bit of kit and much improved on our friends older models, much more ventilation and visibility.

Put the dog guard /cargo Barrier back in tonight, so I can stack things up next to it, means I can't drop the seats, but very rarely do anyway, though the section that drops has a bolt set in a plastic knob, so I will change that to a smaller standard bolt

Looking foward to getting him, so he can travel in style, though unsure wether to have him held for his First trip home in a car, then gradually get him use to cars Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Ah Nick, dogs in cars.
Might sound a bit against the grain, but our last three BC pups were taken on a 2 hour drive immediately when we picked them up. Of course they are bound to be frightened at first, but it soon wore off.
Never had a problem since, in fact, when we go to Cornwall, even though I stop halfway for them, they'll happily stay in the car for the whole 6 hours.

A neighbour who lived nearby our old house who owned a pup, stopped the car every time it yelped. It would go no further than one mile and never got used to the car. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Just make sure that he can grip the floor, it will make him feel more secure, but don't use something that you don't want sick on, it can take time, others just take to it straight away.

Sound advice Thumbs Up
Always put ours in the back of the car with the bed they'll use at home and put the bed in the back of the car for the first few months.
Nowt expensive, they all get chewed!
The more you get them used to the car at a young age the better, for everyone. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Got some vet fleece bedding for the crate, so he can do what he wishes to it, it's got non slip backing, and the floor in the crate is non slip too Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Here's some pics of our B21 for reference, fits snugly but allows some storage down the side for gundog stuff.
