Looking at this...

Questions before I call and drive over:

Does anyone know this outfit?, Motor range sounds like a lock up with some cars listed for sale.

and, did the 2009 HSE as this one is, come with Sat Nav as standard?

Thanks for your help.

Thinking of this for the other half.

Oh, and sorry, HELLO!! I have been a member of RRSPORT.co.uk for some time but never took the plunge on one. I now drive a 5 series but thinking of a FL2 for the wife.

In answer to your question, yes the HSE did come with SatNav as standard.

Personally, I think that they are asking a little too much for it....I would ring them and ask if there is any movement on it, as i wouldn't pay more than 」15k for it given its age and mileage. Foraging near Gaydon....

To be honest, not much more you could get one from an LR dealer! with a much better warranty, many have come on here and bought from a non LR dealer only to find that when they have a problem the warranty covered very little, just engine and gearbox, or claims up to a thousand.

I agree with trying an LR dealer. They want to offload p/exes and will do a deal.

Thanks all. I made a phone call. the guy said "oh I don't know if it has sat nav let me call you back"

10 minutes later...

" Hi, erm no, it doesn't have sat nav"...

Me: "oh that's odd because all HSE's come with sat nav as standard"

Him: "Oh well erm, I'm not sure? i'm not that technical and I'll get someone to look into it and if it has sat nav, I'll call you back"

They called over two hours later...

"yes sir that car does have sat nav"

Erm, think I'll leave it thanks...

Great advice here, a few quid more and being let down by a LR dealer seems the route to go Rolling with laughter

Cheers and I'll maybe be posting pics soon...

Looking for an HSE around the 」15k to 」18k mark.

Yes, if you are buying a pre-MY13 car fitting a TomTom Start as detailed elsewhere in the forum is a better option. Cheap to buy and cheap to replace if it goes wrong, and it's a better satnav too. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone
300TDi Disco (bought new - terrible car) sent back after 18 months
Freelander 1 Estate - leased, given back at end of lease
200TDi Disco (bought from a mate with 100,000 on the clock) - Gone
Disco 2 TD5 - sold and exported to France
FR2 TD4 GS - Gone
FR2 SD4 HSE - Now changed for a DS
New model ex-demo Evoque S 180 in white
Unable to order a new DS, so gave up. Now have a Volvo S90 Recharge.
