OK, so I will pick up on Mav,s final remark on the opening post.

Talk to Superchips about reprogramming your Bluefin for your new SD4, you wont be dissapointed! Cost was 」230 and they claim an extra 18% torque.

I couldn't help myself.

The SD4 is towing wonderfully, I'm down in the Dordogne area of France at the moment with the 'van' and next week moving on to the Swiss border. Five weeks of bliss Cool Very Happy

Your SD4 may tow well but the Sat Nav is poor, you mentioned going over to France, just around Normandy you said, your miles off course Laughing

Laughing Hi Andy, decided to go a little further than originally planned so doing a full tour around France instead of 'wetting our feet'. The sat nav hasn't got the best record for choosing the correct road but when getting within 20 mile of the sites I use 'co-ordinates' and it takes us right to the barrier.
There might have been a better route, but I just don't know Confused

Bit too hot at the mo, 32 degrees today Razz

Cheers we will, and thanks for the tips from yourself and the other Andy Thumbs Up
We travelled all the way down without going on a toll road as well and as you said, the roads are deserted when compared to the UK, did get a little hairy towing through a few big towns though.
