Don't worry mate, you are not the first to assume the digital means it's DAB! |

A quick search revealed at least 3 topics on the same subject and I'm sure there are probably more.

Yes, my 2012 GS had DAB fitted from new and it did not have satnav but had the little blimp aerial on the roof.

Maybe Sat Nav & DAB aerial is combined? My previous SE had Sat but no DAB. 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

What I do know is there are two DAB bands, 'BAND 111' (used in the UK) and 'L-BAND' (some other countries).

EYorkshire is right, there is more than one DAB aerial in a FL.

The DAB+ systems in use in parts of Europe are second generation and very much better than the one our government has cleverly adopted as standard. Presumably LR fit both so that it covers all markets. Also DAB has a number of country specific transmission modes (I, II, III and IV). For worldwide operation a receiver must support all 4 modes. Difficult to read the image above, does it show where the DAB module is/should be located? SD4 Auto 2012 GS Stornoway Grey.
