Driver side wiper

Help paint worn off wiper its rubbing on the bonnet when its in the full extended position ?? Also gap in body kit on the front drivers side

Is it correct size ? Should be 23 inches i think.

New with car

Hi thanks for your reply , my car was new last year wipers and arms as fitted from new , so not sure what's going on , Thumbs Up
