Remove the engine cover and it is at the front of the engine slightly to the left as you look at it.i did mine my self it was easy enough to do and the only special tool required is the pump. |

You don't need any special tools.

Could someone post images of procedure? might help alot, i have allso one filter on my storage but fraid to change filter because im not 100% sure.

Thanks for the link - it explains it a bit more. Stupid Q I know but why does it have a water drain pipe? My first diesel so just getting used to what and why. Our MG TFs fuel filter just had a straight in one end and out the other but it is petrol.

Sometimes there's water in the fuel you buy. It's heavier than fuel and it settles in the filter. The drain tap is there to periodically drain that water off. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto
