Has anybody got drawings or photos of an underfloor guard for the Fuel Tank?

Please can I ask again if a member can photo under his Freelie with a Mantec or similar tank guard fitted. I would like to know how it attaches on what brackets etc.

Photo's added to my gallery, apologies for the dirt, although I don't mind cleaning it I prefer to drive it. The two rear mountings are metal brackets that secure to the chassis (if you can call it a chassis) near to the brackets that hold up the hand brake cable. No holes had to be drilled and I seem to remember that they were a pig to fit by myself. The two front mountings are bolts that screw into a plate with a threaded hole that slides into a channel in the chassis. Hope that helps, other than taking the thing off, if I can help further you just have to ask. |

I put my tank guard on after going out in my car with the Honiton LRE guys. I had a look at a high spot my car grounded on an decided that using a plastic tank to rest my FL2 on was not a good idea. |
