Fraid not.....
Just tried again and had the HTC. Samsung and Iphone all with Bluetooth on and visible and it found all 3 phones. Chose a phone to connect with and the instant you choose that phone it comes up with the message "Phone failed to connect". Does not come up, as it should at this stage, ask for a 4 digit pin.

Freelander 2 HSE 2007. When i lock the doors using the remote, a single press of the lock button on the fob folds the mirrors in, indicators flash, all doors lock except the drivers door. If you try to open the door it allows you but the alarm sounds when its opened. To get this to lock you must press the lock button twice. Is this normal? I have read a few posts about similar problems and some mention that fobs can be set differently. As i have been locking the vehicle with a single press of the remote, it looks like i have been leaving the vehicle unlocked unknowingly. Any advice appreciated as i am just a beginner having owned the car for only 2 weeks. Thank you.

My Freelander 2 HSE 2007 has the same problem only intermittently. Nice to know there is a "repair" solution.
I have already had to repair both fobs and resolder the batteries.

Still prefer MY07 to the MY13 I had when mine went in for service. FL2 HSE 2.2 TD4 MY07 Sumatra Black
