Here in Italy you don't even get free coffee while waiting at the dealers !
There is a vending machine for coffee.... Let alone a free valet !
This unfortunately is everywhere here, in most industries.... There is no concept of customer care !

I have a vague impression that soon this recall action will extend to cars outside 2012-2014 MY.
My MY2009 fuel return pipes are also leaking at least at one injector... The well around the injectors has sometimes 2-3 mm of diesel fuel collected... And of course the smell of diesel fuel.... Hmmm... delightful....

Had my recall check this morning. Apparently mine was an affected vehicle and replacement parts were fitted.

Took a couple of hours but it was washed, valeted and a LR branded Moleskine notebook provided as a freebie....not to mention the unlimited supply of coffee, biscuits, kit-kats and crisps while waiting  2012 SD4 XS Santorini Black

Passed this recall last year in Dec in Moscow. Talking to Service man made me think that it's rather rare malfunction, most of the cars affected were sold in China. Mine was not affected so no new parts were fitted;)

I had this problem on my 2011. I had alot of smoke into the cabin before before finding a puddle of fuel at the spill rail. Landrover fixed it but no mention of any recall.

As I've said, I believe the problem doesn't affect only MY2012--> cars. (VIN 283941 to 366379) and it is more serious...
