Whine on startup

Hi,

My 07 FL2 gives off a whining noise when I startup, say 6 out of 10 times. A quick squeeze on the accelerator to momentarily increase revs tends to fix it. Sometimes it seems very loud (others outside the car point it out), other times it is subtle.

Any thoughts? 1st time FL2 owner. 2007 SE i6 in Tambora Flame.

Accessories belt and/or its tensioner.
