an LR2 in the near future and found this site while doing my research. Looks very informative and look forward to learning more about the LR2.
Not too keen on the potential re-design rumours so thought I might grab a 2014 before they change it.

What does the "MY" signify in, for example, 2013MY LR2?

I m Massimo really a newbye from Rome, Italy.

Evening all, nice to find an F2 dedicated website after suffering various LR magazines which don't know we exist!

Bought our 13 plate XS in March last year, took it on a 3000 mile test drive round France in July following some of 'Le Tour'. 4 full grown adults and a boot so full we left the load cover behind and the F2 was brilliant. Through, up and over mountains, valleys and the through the occasional river! The F2 didn't blink and still returned just under 48mpg!

The F2 did develop a major leak from a failed body seam (drivers-side front inner wing area) last month but our local LR dealership seems to have sorted that one at first attempt.

Look forward to some useful info from owners 'in the know'

Hi - had my Freelander a few months now and find this a great site, really enjoy reading it and learning things I doubt I'd find elsewhere.

Hi All, Been a lurker due to intermittent Fuel gauge fault.

I have a 07 plated FL2 HSE and up to now it has behaved well.

Recently I have joined the dodgy fuel sender club

After reading the posts in the forum I will now try to get to the bottom of it.

This is my 2nd Freelander first being a Y reg TD4.
