Hi Mav, have you towed your 'van with it yet? I ask because I have just changed from an 07 TD4 manual to a 13 SD4 auto and was wondering what you thought of it.

Very easy conversion. But makes all the difference!
Thanks for the comments. I never touched the Sat Nav system in the grey one. It was just the original unit. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come......... |

I have towed with it now, and to be honest it is like night and day. Only done a 50 mile 'trial' trip with it, but it is so much more effortless with the auto. Power wise, it is stronger and the torque delivery is better. The SD4 is better even than a re-mapped TD4 like I used to have. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. The spoiler is on at last. So a few pics which I think has finished off the rear end.

I know what you mean about the pipes looking lower. I don't know whether it is the colour of the car or not.

Thats a Startech part I think. I rather like the lower bumper skirt they make with the integrated exhausts. Looks better than the Dynamic part LR use. Bet it costs a bit though. The star tech kit is very nice, but bloody expensive! Just under £1000 for the front spoiler alone! Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come......... |

That's looks fantastic. Setting the modification standard yet again! Are you planning on running both FL2s? |

Don't think i'll be ordering one of those then! Think it would be a bit over the top with two lots of DRL's at the front anyway!
