I didn't realise it used a set amount. I just keep my finger on the button until the screen is well soaked otherwise is just smears it. It needs a fair bit to shift the Herefordshire clay and other s |

It is a MY13 thing, you now have to only momentarily press and release the washer button for a timed amount to be released. There is nothing the owner can change and i very much doubt the dealer could do anything as it probably is'nt a software change option.

I agree that the fluid is overused. The problem seems to be with nozzles, they just jet the water instead of showering the windscreen.

The other nice thing about the MY13 is that as well as the usual three wipes after squirting (fnar fnar) it gives a further delayed wipe to catch the drips. I'm a fan. |

And I'm quite irritated with this feature: wet mud is flying into the face, you bring up the water, wipers do their job, it becomes clean, wet mud continue to fly and this delayed wipe ruins everything ![]() |
