Legally I don't think you can and links to them have to be removed by admin |

Does anyone know why Haynes never produced a FL2 workshop manual? They produced two for the FL1 - "Land Rover Freelander Petrol & Diesel (1997 to Sept 03) R to 53 reg" and "Land Rover Freelander (97 - Oct 06) R to 56".

May I reccomend you search this forum; there are other posts on this subject which refer to disc copies available from the well known auction site.

Hi Fred, I had seen the posts. From what they say the ebay copy appears to be taken from Topix, it's not clear if it is pirated or not.

Haynes probably don't feel there is a need for them when you can enrol to Topix for a day and download to your hearts content, or like many others, bought the disc off an auction site, search the disc on the PC, print off any pages you want, when covered in oily finger prints, recycle and print off some more. Or which I have done is load the disc onto iTunes and I have it all on the iPad, simples. |

the fact they are on eBay and probably downloaded from Topix and put on a disc will certainly mean they are copies and in breach of copyright, unless they are been sold by the materials owner, such as LR

Oh, I think it's perfectly clear! Up to you whether that puts you off - I may or may not have one... Also note that some such disks appear to be incomplete, but you'd probably find they contain what you need. |

Ow, since when? They used to be all over the place and there are plenty if sources for other cars ou there. Just wanted a comprehensive explanation on replacing brake pads. Saw a youtube movie where they were bleeding the brakefluid and now I want to know if that is necessary. Normally it's a quite straightforward job, but if I have to bleed it, it's a no go for me as I don't have that much experience yet. I have searched around but get so many contradictory stories I wanted the official explanation. |

I wonder why Haynes don't do a manual? After all the FL2 has been around for a few years and is a popular model. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.
