I could highly recommend a location in the Perigord Noir if you fancied a nice quite relaxing holiday, lovely countryside to drive through, caves to explore, fishing, lovely food, great restaurants etc etc. It's a great place for the FL2, I'll be taking mine next year ______________________

I think they are a far investment of fund mine was £13500 + £1000 for the electric mover, I think its worth the investment, I plan to plan to keep the caravan for many years to come. They hold there equity reasonably well, you still pay lots of money for a 10 year old van, which would still have many a holiday left in it too I don't think the Internet ere comes into it, Though i have been to a couple of online casinos, it doesn't mean i've had a holiday in Las Vegas Though it does come in useful reasearching areas to visit Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis |

I can fully understand the pleasures of holidaying in a big field, so the kids can run around while the parents relax a little, have BBQ etc.

There are lots of self catering villas or farms or cottages where city people like myself can say they enjoy a bit of "free range holidaying".I don't like hotels either. As I stay in a flat and can hardly find a parking place for my FL2 I really cannot think abt getting a caravan. But as, for some reasons, I o my holidaying at least 1800 Km away from home I cannot realy take a caravan, in account although I remember years ago when my brother and I were small we stayed in Bulgaria in a camping place where instead of huts they had caravans. We enjoyed it a lot , but our parrents did not as it should have been a short stay and we did take everything out of the car and arranged it in the caravan and of couse they had to put everything back in the car. Had some fun but with today's traffic I would rather say that towing a caravan is sort of difficult, not for the others traffic partners but you have to be so much more carefull.
