I haven't done mine yet, but I will be doing it at some point. I already have my Bluefin from the old car, I just have to get it sent to Superchips to have it re-set for my SD4. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. @ Mav71, I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on it when you get it done.

Basically you buy the bluefin hand held device, it reads your file from the ECU, then you synchronise with Superchips servers.

Superchips then modify your own specific file and then text/e-mail you when it is ready. You then synchronise again and the bluefin has both your standard and modified map installed. You can then swap maps as you see fit. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

£359 all in.

You only have to pay when you change the car, and they charge £220 to re-set and map your replacement car.

But if you change the car within the first year of buying the Bluefin, they normally do the re-set free of charge.

Thats what they did when I bought this Bluefin for my 06 plate Audi, after just six months of buying the Bluefin, we bought our last Freelander 2 and they didn't charge us to swap it.

Once bought, you can swap and change from standard to modified as many times as you like. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........
