My 380w unit certainly does, although only if you leave engine running, otherwise it turns off after 10mins. And only , of course while stationary! Fuji White MY13 SD4 Dynamic

It will also play MP4 type video files from a memory stick in the USB slot... although I am not quite sure exactly which sort you need to make it work - some I try do, and some don't.
