I think the "Go Beyond" sign is a little tempting when parking up, it would make me feel of going up just that little bit further Laughing Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

That is not how it happened as I would know if a Chinook had been involved in lifting an LR2 through people in the know......so try again Laughing

Elvis took the fl2 up in a transport plane and precision parachuted it onto the ramp.........only because the lifting gear under the blue tent broke down At work

If it's like a lot of Land Rover stunts, they strip out the interior of several of the heaviest components (engine, seats etc...) making it in fact rather light. So it could well be held on the park brake. "CY from DISCO3"

Dont say that you will upset REV . I think they loaded the fl2 up with lead before cruising up the ramp without a run up, then pulled the handbrake onto just its first click before absailing down to ground level. Later Avtur came along to check the doors where locked and the diesel cap was level.
Avtur got himself in a real mess not knowing whether to level the word diesel with the horizon or to leave it in-line with the upwardly pointing fl2. Some say he is still there now walking around in a confused state Laughing At work

Whistle Please don't feed the animals Laughing

I beleive It should be level with the car, not the ground,

I filled up the other day and couldn't resist placing the diesel horizontal, but it wouldn't go completely horizontal Embarassed

Why are we flogging an already settled issue? Angels randomly pick up LR2s and drop them on steep inclines just for fun. It is God's way of showing us he favours the Land Rover above all others! Coming soon: LR2 HSE; Alaska White; Nav; Premium Sound; Bluetooth; Lighting Package

Yes but if Mrs G goes into labour and we find that angels have conveniently parked our car on a ramp we arn't going to be too happy are we? At work
