Very small scratches seem to fade in time but if you want to sort them out you might want to check these threads

Pete, pls visit the site of Germany's Paint and Scratch Guru "www.Petzoldts.de". They offer an english version of their site, just choose. Their products are state of the art and normally not obtainable on the market. They ship to UK at reasonable prices. Petzoldts are the supplier of paint protection products for the Monte Carlo Oldtimer Club and the British Rolls Royce Club. They are accredited by Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati.
