intermittent vibration/knocking when driving

STRANGE ONE THIS, appeared from nowhere, and is on the passenger side,it feels like the tyres need balancing so i am thinking that perhaps one has thrown a weight, but i have also had the rear brake calipers binding when parked (due to all this lovely weather ). the reason i think its balancing is that the drive starts smooth then this nasty vib appears and then goes. am i in the right direction?

Is it when driving or braking (warped disc)?
Check weight is still on rim, check tyre (could have a flat spot), check wheel (could be slightly buckled)

balanced wheels and checked for buckles all good, vibration still came, contacted local land rover dealer, and they took it for a test run,and i prayed that this vibration was there at time and it has turned out to be a seized rear caliper/handbrake piviot,
