I love off-road driving, but also want a nice car without scratches.

It does say on the site that it can't be used at high speeds.

I was not thinking of high speads but just if you can put this on omly just before off-roading or you can go to the local supermarket as well-legally speaking - as the normal color of the car might change the general appearance and one might get fined. I asked a lawyer friend over here and there should be no issue for me as the color would still be blue but I would have a huge problem if I would take the black cover. The predominant color has to be the one in my registration - at least with a little bit of blue. This does off course apply only for the normal/official roads and not for where the trail begins and where you do not even need a licence to drive. 700 Euros for a kit... It seems to me that the scratches will be cheaper to fix than to protect against...

Another solution. I think it is not so solid. Thin and must be destroyed.

Well if you want protection when parking at the local supermarket why not cellotape cardboard box panels along the sides of your FL2 - much cheaper and will certainly catch an eye or two ![]() Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |

or just buy a grey , any scratches will only improve its appearance ![]() ![]() At home ![]() "I can't always believe facts I read on the web" - Charles Dickens winner by default of the tractor vs caravan race |

Can't remember where I saw it but there is a film out that automatically repairs itself when it becomes scratched, and is clear so you can't notice it is on the car. |

Think I read that Mitsubishi ? was experimenting with an auto scratch repair paint but only for the Japanise market. They surely must get lots of scratches over there. |
