Nope, larger wheels, smaller tyres, it all evens out. |

My MY10 had 19" wheels which looked good but had a hard ride. My MY13 has 18" which give a nicer ride. I don't know if there are any other factors involved. |

Stick with the 17" and high profile tyres to soak up all those winter potholes.

I changed from 17 to 18 made little difference to ride,un-noticable At work
