Auto dip side mirrors

Been looking on the builder and it states that if I select the optional memory seats the mirrors dip in reverse! This is a good function to have in summer but up in Scotland in winter it will be a nightmare, as I'm not looking forward to standing in my kilt clearing snow and ice from my side mirrors for 5 minutes! Has anyone found these a pain or even damaged the mechanism? Can you disable the feature in cold weather? MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

Never had a problem with them, they only move a little when you select reverse, if you want to cancel them, just a select reverse, adjust them to normal viewing and save them to the memory.
