Auto express magazine

Just downloading this weeks edition on the ipad mini and it has the auto express take on the baby disco. Haven't read it yet as it's still downloading. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

Auto express photoshop of baby disco.

Will reserve judgment until LRs official photos are released.

EDIT - Just reading bits and the underpinnings of the current Fl2 will be carried over, also their strategy is to launch a new or heavily updated model each year.

An exciting few years ahead. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

This is auto express interpretation of the Freelander replacement, they reckon the start of next year possibly March we should see official photos/ prototypes. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Lux Auto Baltic Blue

I can't see LR returning to the pre-2010 extended front grille....they will naturally want to keep it in line with the headlamps, like the rest of the range. I think you're going to be seeing lots of odd renders over the coming 6 months or so....I shall keep my eyes peeled along the Gaydon Road/A45 and surrounding lanes.... Foraging near Gaydon....

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Tambora Flame

I sort of like size wise.... I could have had a RR but to me the FL2 is a nice size.... The disco is like a caven to me.....

This is a nice mix of style and size.

England 2011 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Baltic Blue

Good interpretation.
Think Evoque style front end linked to a Freelander style rear end and you'd not be too far off the mark. Apparently due for its public debut at the Paris Motor Show in Autumn 2014 with production due to start sometime after the summer shutdown at Halewood.
Is it the Freelander replacement or is it a Freelander replacement, only time will tell.
