LR are aware of the big untapped market in Europe and I am pretty sure there are plans in place to do something about it.

However, the problem at the moment is that demand for LR products currently exceeds supply of those products and the production lines are running at full capacity. There would be little sense in doing a big push in Europe and then being unable to supply the vehicles.

Hi Fred, I remarked on this on caravan chat in July. Went to Belgium ,Holland,
Germany and Luxemburg, and like you, only saw about 5 Evo's 8 RR's, and
a few Disco's. Not one Freelander!!..........until I got back to Blighty. We stopped
at a campsite in Hythe, and a few hours later a German registered outfit arrived!

having also driven down to Austria this summer I was quite pleased how many LR products i saw, especially the number of Defenders in Austria, along with Evoques and a new RR Vogue and even a new Sport and quite a few Discos. however FL2's were all UK reg although i did see an German reg FL1 somewhere (think it was Trier). eh tu?

On the point that someone made that LR wont do a hard sales push in Europe because they are at full capacity - the X3 is produced in America in one factory that supplies the world - current lead in time is 5 months and they still sell them. One dealer I spoke to said he has a waiting list for any second hand ones that come in because they are so hard to come by. Now - 2017 BMW X3 M Sport Carbon Black

There is evidently such a big hole in LR marketing that I hope this forum is seen by LR directors and they do something about it.
They already have the European LH build spec on the production line.
