I had my fittings spray painted to match the spoiler and to prevent the parts rusting. I paid £90 to have mine sprayed - fittings are some 3M tape and a bracket on each end - couldn't be easier

They might have revised the kit as the supplied ones were prone to rusting.

Screwfix do stainless 'socket screws' which just require trimming. Slaneydore and myself have these. I updated one of my spoiler threads. 2013 FL2 - Black Edition Auto
