It is one of the many options being considered but it might be a 5+2 like the new RR Sport rather than a full 7 seater like the Discovery. But then again it could be a full 7 seater. |

Who knows, but from what I understand there will be either a longer wheel base, or more likely an extended rear overhang to accommodate 7 seats. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come......... |

No, the D5 will have a flat back and higher roofline, than this render which is more " styled" and fits the Disco "sport" tag be banded around.

From what I have been told from a friend at LR who was travelling on the same train to London this morning to discuss the launch of new FL in "about three years time", that is not the new FL or Discovery. Shame. I like it. |

These renderings really mean nothing. They are just design studies. I have been involved with the motor industry too long to take any notice of these sort of tags. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come......... |

Has anyone got a reliable source that can confirm when the Freelander 3 (or Discovery Freelander or whatever its gonna be called) is to be available. I heard some time ago it was early 2015, then end of 2015 and now this thread mentions 3 years time (making it 2016). Now - 2017 BMW X3 M Sport Carbon Black
