I agree, just look how quickly Tai Woffinden recovered after mashing his collarbone 2 weeks later he was on the podium. |

Nice try Cal! Nearly had second until Marquez slammed the brakes on in that corner. Still, a podium finish is good. Well done lad!

Brilliant show by Cal, just hope that someone gives him a factory bike next year otherwise he will always be the bridesmaid. The other Tech Trois yam is wasted on Smith, will be interesting at the end of the year as he is on a 2 year contract and Cal is supposedly on the way out 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

Must be on a Factory team shopping list after yesterday. 2nd place carrying the horrific injury from Friday is unbelievable, his pass under Rossi magnificent, must be said though that Marquez is truly outstanding, 63 degrees of lean on the bike telemetry at 130 mph! As the commentator said it's easy to lean a bike to 63 degrees only genius can get it back upright again 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

Just hope Cal doesn't end up with Ducati. Okay, Stoner could ride the thing but everyone else struggles with it, including Rossi. I think it would be a backward step although the money would be better.

Let's hope that Audi will put some money into sorting the bike. We tend to forget that compared to Honda & Yamaha, Ducati have not had a massive budget in the past few years. John
