The lad is a credit to Great Britain. He rode the balls of that bike in the race, if he had factory parts like Rossi and Lorenzo he would be a title challenger, must admit I'm no Rossi fan but he is the master, and watching him undertake Marqez on the brakes from 210 mph shows why bike racing makes Formula 1 look like fairy cake night at the W.I. great day today British Supers, Moto GP, and next week World Supers, all with a great showing of Riders from the UK and the Republic, 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

IMHO Cal will never top the pile as long as the likes of Lorenzo, Rossi and Pedrosa are about. Why?....because they all weigh a lot less than Cal. But I would like to see him on the podium a bit this season. John

Give Cal a full works bike and then you will see him on the podium.

I'd have thought Cal was lighter than Doohan and he seemed to do all right.

That may be true but we seem to have a production line of top notch little guys nowadays and every ounce saved on a bike is crucial. Lets hope Cal overcomes this but it is an uphill battle. John

Considering that he's already had 2 podiums (last year) and how well he did at the weekend, all he needs

Nice one Cal! Let's hope a podium will follow soon. These guys not only have balls of steel but also show the F1 guys what entertainment is all about. John
