Traffic announcement (TA TP) volume

Just acquired 2012 HSE with Alpine premium system. Sound is really good, but when the traffic announcements come on (TA TP) they interrupt the radio etc as they should, but the volume is very low and I am unable to hear them (some may say this is a positive thing!).
does anyone know how to increase the volume of TA TP announcements?

Adjust the volume while a TA is taking place and it will remain at that level.
