Aftermarket parking sensor fault

Ive got some non LR parking sensors fitted to my car, they are Steelmate PTS400's. A friend of a friend fitted them (its what he does for a living) Anyway to cut along story short one on the sensors is detecting the ground when parked on a slope, on flat land the sensors are fine. I know which one it is as ive had the sensor ecu out and disconnected all the sensors in turn etc.

I've not attempted to remove the sensor, has anyone done this before? Are they easy to do, is it just a clip that holds them in place? I'm thinking that the sensor might just want turning alittle so the sensors beam isn't sensing the ground? Does this sound right?

Cheers all for any help! Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.
